Road Construction Alert!
The Town of North Branford has road construction work planned for lower Beech Street, along the property frontages at 34 and 41 Beech Street. Work will start on Tuesday, June 13th, and will take approximately 3-4 days to complete, weather permitting.
The work will include drainage upgrades and road widening & regrading. To facilitate the work, there will be a temporary road closure for that entire section of Beech Street, between Route 80 and Sea Hill Road, during the daytime construction period. The road will be open to “Local Traffic Only”. The road will be re-opened to traffic each night once construction operations have been completed for that day. This work is being completed ahead of road repaving plans which are anticipated to begin later this June and early July.
