Effective January 1, 2025, new laws are in effect regarding Trade Name filings.  The State of Connecticut has provided fillable forms that still require an original signature when filing with the Town Clerk’s Office. 

Filing fee:  $20.00
Payment: Cash or check only (no debit or credit cards)
